More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Further images made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
